I have Special Dietary needs what can I safely buy?

We do keep detailed records on allergens in the products we sell, please contact us if you need more information on the ingredients in the products we sell.

  

Diabetic Sweets:-

 Where diabetic chocolate is described as no added sugar this is because there is a small amount of natural sugars present, we also stock sugar free chocolate,

please contact us for more details.

None of our diabetic range uses sorbitol or any other chemical sweeteners.

If you are diabetic you should seek your doctor’s advice before eating diabetic sweets for the first time.

 


What is the best way to store my sweets?
 
We recommend that you keep your sweets in a cool, dry place, keeping them in an airtight container will help to improve shelf life if you need to keep them for a period of time, keeping hard boiled sweets in the fridge will reduce the shelf life.

 


Where do you deliver?
 
We deliver to the UK mainland and Channel Islands.

We will post your order via UPS or Royal Mail.

Please do not request items to be left in a safe location your local driver will re attempt delivery OR take your package to the nearest UPS Drop Off Point,

Although we make every effort to ensure that all products are in stock we may delay dispatch of your order by up to 48 hours if a product is out of stock. 

Usually your order will be dispatched next working day if received by 16.00.
Your sweets should arrive within 5 - 7 days although most are received much earlier than this.

 


Payment for my sweets?
 
We accept all major credit and debit cards via our payment system.

You do NOT have to register with this site to make a purchase.

 


What happens if I need to return something?
 
In the unfortunate event that you are unhappy with your sweets then please contact us at [email protected] or call 01263-511418 before sending anything back.
Please include the original packaging when returning items to us.

Please note that if you are ordering chocolate products during hot weather this is at your own risk. There is a considerable risk that it will melt during the delivery process.

 


Is everything on the website?

  Not yet, we will be listing almost all of our range on the website but this will take time, if there is anything you want that is not listed yet please contact us with your requirements.
